To get started, we require admin access to the site, hosting & staging access, and DNS information for SMTP records. We also need access to Google Analytics or Tag Manager for reporting purposes. Additionally, we ask for acceptance of our onboarding checklist.

Tasks include small site tasks such as content edits, CSS tweaks, plugin configuration, redirects or 404 fixes, and form adjustments.
Minor performance, SEO, or meta updates, as well as light bug fixes, visual tweaks and plugin customization are also included for our Pro customers. Essentials tier customers get “One” task at a time meaning we start on a new task when previous one is completed and Pro customers can assign multiple tasks at a time for which multiple resources are assigned.

For larger tasks like adding a new page, connecting a payment gateway, etc. we will provide a quote, or you can use extra time blocks (2 hours for $100).

A website update task is anything that takes more than 30 to 40 minutes to complete. For instance, updating the hero section image is one task. If we update content on a page and also change the hero section image, this would be considered two separate tasks. Replacing images on a page without editing them is also considered as one task, if it takes 30 to 40 minutes.
